Trainings

• Online and on-site Shibashi Trainings conducted

• Conducted weekly Taichi sessions for senior citizens of the Dignity Foundation of Byculla, Mumbai, India from January 2018 to December 2019

• Conducted a Taichi orientation cum training for women survivors from Breast Cancer, some of whom were still undergoing Chemotherapy, at KEM Hospital, Mumbai, India, December 2019

• Taichi introductory sessions for primary division students of J. B. Petit High School.  (1st – 4th standard. 0ver 100 girls attended the sessions)

• Conducted on-site Taichi sessions for women and children of Hamaara Sapna, Tardeo and Dharavi, and online sessions for Dahisar Centre. Hamaara Sapna is an NGO that caters to women from marginalized populations

• TTQT in affiliation with CHTTQ has conducted a first of its kind in India, Children’s Taichi workshop, for children between the ages of 6 and 15

• TTQT in affiliation with CHTTQ has conducted training sessions at ‘Aarambh’ – a holistic and wellness event organized for Diabetics by Dr. Ghatge, India in 2017 & 2018
