


THE FOUNDERS
Lao Shi Kashmira Raj
is a clinical psychologist who has worked in the field of human health for several years. She has always been interested in metaphysics. This calling finally materialised when she started exploring divination methods and energy harnessing and healing techniques. She is a columnist with The Parsi Times. Her columns explore subjects including Taichi, Qigong and its connection to human health and emotions, Zen Quan and various motivational topics.

Lao Shi Dr. Brijesh Raj
is a companion animal veterinarian and Certified Veterinary Acupuncturist (C.V.A. from The Chi University, Florida). He integrates the healing modalities and energy harnessing of Taichi and Qigong in his work. He also is a haijin who writes English Language Haiku and other haikai poetry forms that have been published in a number of international online journals. He is currently actively involved with Café Haiku, a haikai centric blog. He also contributes columns to The Parsi Times newspaper.

Kashmira & Brijesh are certified Level IIInstructors from Carlton Hill’s Tao Taiji Qi Gong. They have also trained under Sifu Carlton to be certified instructors for Qigong meditations and Wu Xin Qi. They have participated in several Taichi and Qigong demonstrations with Sifu Carlton and continue training under him till date.

Sifu Carlton has been awarded the 8th Duan Wei- Yinlong (Silver Dragon) by the Association of Martial Artists World Wide (AMAWW) and has earned the title of ‘Grand Master’.
